Naderia Hartley
I am currently a counselor for Compton Elementary as well as the ASP Director at Compton. I have been with Cobb County School District for 3 years. I have been the School Liaison for CrossOver since June 2009. Before becoming a counselor I was a Family Crisis Therapist for the State of Delaware in a child's psychiatric facility. I enjoy being in the community, working with families, and giving back. I jumped at this opportunity to work for CrossOver because I share its mission and beliefs. CrossOver is truly a blessing to my Compton kids. On a personal note, I am married to a wonderful husband of 10 years and have two children, ages 8 and 11.
Stephanie Miller
I currently work for CrossOver mentoring as The Project Coordinator for Compton and Varner Elementary Schools in Cobb County. I am a full-time student at Kennesaw State University and have been an employee of Cobb County for over 10 years as a Kindergarten Paraprofessional and After School Program Director. My purpose as well as my passion in life is working with children and taking that work to a higher level to enhance the growth of our youth.
